These were the words shared by WAX on their Twitter account hinting at new partnership. This comes just a month after WAX revealed their partnership with an iconic global trading card company TOPPS. As the tweet suggests that the new partnership will be a “game changer for the WAX ecosystem” we can’t help but speculate which company this could be.
WAX did give us a hint at which company it could be:
What tech company is best represented by this cloud? Someone suggested it could be Microsoft Cloud, which makes sense as it fits the criteria. Another person suggested that it could be IBM, which also makes sense considering the horizontal stripes of IBM’s logo, plus IBM also has a cloud computing service.
Lastly, @EOS_Israel came with a dashing suggestion, pointing to SoundCloud as the possible partner. In my opinion, SoundCloud is more likely to be the new partner than Microsoft Cloud or IBM. Even more so considering that WAX is a – World Asset eXchange – where anyone can create, buy, sell, and trade virtual items.
SoundCloud is a digital platform that allows its users to create, buy, and sell virtual items in the form of music. Thus it is the more capable – of the above suggestions – to integrate with the WAX blockchain. But that’s just my take on it.
Which ‘game changing’ company do you think WAX is partnering with, and how big an impact do you think this would have on the ecosystem?
